If You’ve Never Failed…

Here is a great reminder that failing is only apart of learning to fly!

The best leaders give the people around them wings to fly and safety nets when they fail trying.  For a culture of innovation to be cultivated, permission to fail comes from a shared understanding that smart failures will be turned into a springboard toward future success.  It does not have to be a stigma or a sentence of status quo. So go ahead.  Take flight.  Spread your wings.  And if you fall, fall forward.
